Maggie's Granola

Ingredients
3 cup raw oats
¾ cup raw sunflower seeds
¾ cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup flax seed
1 ¼ cup raw sliced almonds
¾ cup pure maple syrup
½ cup olive oil
½ cup brown sugar
Sea Salt to taste
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- ix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into an even layer on a cookie sheet – line with parchment hanging over the edge is best.
- Cook for 45 minutes, stirring the mixture every 10 -15 minutes. Season with salt and cool.
- Makes 7 cups. Will keep in an airtight container for 30 days (ours never lasts that long)
